Brooks Diesel Service LLC was founded with quality and service at the forefront of our mindset, hence the "service" in our name. Since our founding we have built a favorable reputation! We are dedicated to training and encourage our techs to get certified and try to get them into training courses as often as possible.

Brooks Diesel Service LLC is committed to offering quality customer service from in Ada. Our certified mechanics can handle any repair or maintenance problem from basic services, to complete engine repair and have developed long standing, working relationships with clients that are based on honesty and personalized service. Unfortunately when it comes to our industry, prices can be steep, but Brooks Diesel Service LLC is exceptionally transparent in regards to costs. We try to keep costs reasonable without sacrificing quality. To us reputation is everything and we are diligent in earning and maintaining a good one!

We started in May of 2017 as a one man operation out of a service truck without a shop storing extra parts in a storage building and in the garage at home. In 2018 a shop was rented to offer in shop service on bigger jobs in addition to the service truck. The shop operation grew requiring additional staff to be hired. Additional Mechanics where hired during 2019 and we started selling parts to customers in addition to service. We began to buy parts directly from the manufacture to allow us to be price competitive and increase our availability of parts. We opened in our current location the first week of 2020 with a parts counter being added. The larger space allowed us to add additional parts inventory and start offering more services to our customers. We purchased a flywheel grinder near the end of 2020 to surface flywheels in house on all clutch replacements and for customers that bring us their flywheel for surfacing. In 2021 we added parts personnel and started to offer local parts delivery to our customers. We added the ability to make hydraulic hoses in house. In 2022 we added the ability to clean DPFs and DOCs in house. Through each year we have added more and more product lines from top manufactures in the industry. We have worked to position ourselves as an area leader for parts and service by providing quality products, quality service, and value through combining on hand availability with competitive pricing to provide quick turnaround times at a reasonable cost. As 2023 starts our goal is to continue that trend. We started offering an online portal to our customers to view and pay invoices online in addition to being able to order parts online as a modern option to stay current with technological changes. In early 2023 we became a member of the Power Heavy Duty group which will allow us to bring even more value to our customers as well as adding more top brands to our portfolio of parts offerings. We feel like our Power Heavy Duty membership will allow us the ability to build further on the foundation built during previous years and continue improving our operation to better serve you, our customers! We have also became members of the commercial vehicle solutions network (CVSN) to further our commitment to the industry and further push our industry forward through teamwork among the repair and parts supply facilities throughout the country to continue to be the vital cog in the supply chains throughout the U.S.A. We will continue to be a part of various industry groups, associations and more to allow us to become the best version of us possible. Through networking we can learn from other respected industry veterans and experts in various fields. Its in the spirit of continual improvement we work to try to be a little better each day than the day before.
